The basic challenge: what was there at the beginning
In order to test and evaluate how to get a really large number of screened candidates for Georgi Transporte Ltd, a pilot project was created based on one Truck Driver position, but targeting 20 locations across the country, with a suitable monthly membership product with position promotion.

Deploying a tailored, targeted campaign
After working closely with the Jobsider team to refine the interview process and change the parameters of the position, Georgi Transporte s.r.o. gradually converted most of the recommendations to:
- Modifications to the position criteria to increase candidate awareness and thus more accurate targeting.
- A tailored, targeted campaign was set up to meet recruitment needs.
- Reducing the number of sites to 10.
Tailored campaigns are an additional service that Jobsider provides for companies that do not have such a strong HR marketing department base, so the company does not have to worry about anything.
Not only is the time saving mentioned above visible here, but also the large financial savings on campaign preparation, graphic design and the department that would take care of the marketing campaigns.
The goal is to keep expanding the recruitment within one to two months to cover all Drivers for the new fleet of cars.
